I arrived in Latrobe PA Yesterday, a day early to get settled in... The Hospitality has been wonderful. I met a oblate from Washington & Sister Pat from Idaho. This is the first day for check in an a meet and greet this evening... I plan to keep up this reflection, prayer and update all as the week progress. Sister Lenora Black and Nancy Kiab will be joing us later today... It going to be a great week.

Day 1 - All 90 oblates, Oblate directors, Monks and Nuns have been doing a lots of networking and enjoying hospitality, and Benedictine spirituality. We have 6 representing the The Sisters of Perpetual Adoration, Me & Nancy from the Chandler group, Lance & Betty & Sister Lenora from the Tucson group & Jennifer from the Clyde Monastery. I had Adoration this morning a 5am & Lauds at 6:45 it was a early morning but very prayerful & beautiful. Great Speaker from Mother Mary Ann Noll OSB from St Emma's ... We will be at their monastery tomorrow from evening prayer & dinner. The food has been wonderful...
We had a Great group discussion on Inquires, Candidates, Oblates, & Developing leadership. I will be sending out all the notes to the group and posting them on the Forum.
Last, we were able to listen to a great panel discussion from 4 of the senior Oblate directors & one of them was Sister Lenora... Its was very interesting to see them talk about how the Oblates have been a positive influncience & an active contribution to their monastery's.

I got to Meet Sister Phyllis - Mary Gibson Sister, She is so nice & you can see the Family Resemblance and the same voice... She Say's "Hi to all" :)
Morning prayer Oblate panel discussion Mass - awesome Relax - Tour of St Vincents - & Cemetery Trip to St Emma Monastery Tour Evening prayer with the sisters - Gregorian Chant but to many High notes for me... It was Beautiful... 13 Nuns... Dinner With the Sisters - GREAT HOSPITALITY!!! - Went to their Book store & They provided us with lots of FREE stuff...
